It's the annual party! I have never been to one, as i am always bored of CP That time of year. Then I get back into it. Anyways, The new party hat is light blue and purple, and the new yearbook is cool. Here is how to get the hat.

Go to the town, click on the very well decorated coffee shop, and click on the pinata. the hat will fall to the ground. Try to search for it amongst the crowd of people. when you do find it, make sure you click yes!
